La Jolla, California — Henry Parson’s behavior turned from initially charming to more and more aggressive and perverted through the marriage, but the child protective services and the courts refused to believe Joyce Murphy, who ran with her daughter to Florida and then served time for kidnapping. Court therapist Marilyn Marshall said that neither the 6-year-old girl nor anyone else was at risk from the man. Like she had any basis to know. Too late, of course, to recoup the forever-lost years in the lives of this mother and her daughter that Marshall fucked up.

My sister and I share ahouse I’d watch the kids while she worked it’s been this way off and on since 2001. She lost custody of her kids never testifying in court. The Judge said I made her lose custody. The Judge walked her children across the court room and handed them to the father. the Judge then went and copied the supervised visitation brochure and handed it to my sister himself. Mind you. the only testimony has been the dad and his live-in girl friend. The dad & I went around and around every time he hit my sister or the kids. He showed my sister’s son porn when he was 10 and beat him with a belt and made the boy ask for each whack.. This man also lost custody twice of his older daughters for alleged sexual misconduct and lost custody of a niece and nephew for “teaching the 13 year old girl how to breathe underwater????” This man was given full custody OF A NINE YEAR OLD GIRL AND 5 YEAR OLD BOY and my sister has supervised visitation, that she can’t afford, $75.00 an hour. The kids’ 1/2 brother or I or any of my sisters or brothers are allowed contact with the children.
this all due to the parenting coordinator the first one there with the money wins. He talked to my sister her son and I. WE had documentation of the porn, the gambling the beatings. He got the kids.
